Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
About these terms
This website is operated by All Motion Physiotherapy (ABN 92 693 615 351). By using the site you agree to these terms. Physiotherapy services themselves are provided under a separate service agreement or consent process arranged before treatment begins.
Not medical advice
Content on this website is general information only. It is not a substitute for an individual assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified health practitioner. If you have concerns about your health, seek advice from a health professional. In an emergency, call 000.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability, discuss your needs and arrange a visit. Fees and funding arrangements are confirmed with you before services commence.
Cancellations are handled in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Under the current arrangements, a cancellation with less than 2 clear business days' notice is a short-notice cancellation and may be charged in accordance with those rules and your service agreement. Where possible, please give us as much notice as you can so the visit can be rescheduled.
NDIS services
All Motion Physiotherapy is a registered NDIS provider. NDIS services are delivered in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the participant's service agreement, including agreed supports, pricing in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, and your rights to change or end supports.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this website belong to All Motion Physiotherapy. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission.
